What Does a typical Team Building Session look like?
Every session is unique with exact timing dependent on the teams ability to move through the challenges, but below is one of our 4 hour session plans. Our programs are designed to maximize your team's time with the horses and are customized to your groups needs. This sample is for illustrative purposes.
We intentionally do not post many of pictures or videos of our exercises, but are happy to share more details with event organizers. Similar to other team building activities, if participants have seen an exercise done before it may actually impair their experience.
